I have been involved in strategic projects with regard to adapting the business approach since the start of my career. I have aided many companies with changing their orientation, from product to customer needs, or to customer and solution relationships.

I have extensive knowledge of how brands play a crucial role in these transitions. Most companies suffer from incoherency; usually they are scattered among a variety of objectives. Committing to brand relevance will change this. A common focus enables multi-disciplinary collaboration and optimal alignment. This will result to a much better customer-relationship and multiple returns.

I have successfully applied this approach for leading companies such as DHL, ADVEO, WILEY and PANASONIC. At the moment I am aiming to help companies to be more customer-centric and meaningful, and assisting them in making a vital transition towards better growth.
